To get started, there is a one-time setup fee that covers the initial configuration of your account and customized software solution. After setup, you’ll only pay a nominal usage fee when you utilize the service.
For just a nominal usage fee, you can efficiently submit your requests, receive timely notifications, and access expert assistance when you need it. This fee applies only when you utilize our service, allowing you to manage your costs effectively while prioritizing safety and compliance.
Our One Call Request Processing Solution streamlines the communication and coordination of utility locates, ensuring safe excavation and construction practices and legal compliance. All of your locate requests are processed, tracked, and escalated according to your intended dig dates and accessible on-demand and on any device via an online portal. Just like our self-service option, for a nominal usage fee, you can submit your requests, receive notifications, and access expert assistance 24/7.

For this service we charge a $65.00 per ticket fee for each locate that comes into the system.
